I understand that woodwork activities involve the use of hand and power tools which carry an inherent risk of injury. I agree to follow all health and safety instructions given by tutors at Treasure House Adult Education. I confirm that I am in a suitable state of health to participate, and I will inform a tutor of any concerns before the session begins. I understand that Treasure House Adult Education accepts no liability for injury resulting from failure to follow instructions or from pre-existing medical conditions not disclosed.
